| Description: |
- Providing electrical and instrumentation support to maintain equipment and facilities in a
manner that is safe, efficient and environmentally sound
- Participating in project planning including P&ID development and Cause & Effects
Development
- Performing all duties in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental, applicable
government regulations, and industry best practices
- Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining electrical, pneumatic, process controls and new
equipment as projects dictate

| Education: |
- Prefer either Journeyman Electrical, Journeyman Instrument Technician; or related field
- Proficient (perform with limited assistance) with Microsoft Access, Excel, Work, Power
Point
|
| Experience: |
- Must have a working knowledge of P&ID’s, Cascade Loops, Pneumatic valve operations,
Controllers, Digital signals, Transmitter minimum voltages, Calibration techniques and
Actuators
- Must have a basic understanding of electrical and electronic instrumentation operating
principals
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Orientation toward continuous process involvement
- Prefer three or more years direct experience reading instrumentation and electrical
diagrams
- Prefer three or more years direct experience with electrical controls, electrical distribution
systems and motor controls
- Prefer three or more years direct experience with SCADA/PLC/Pneumatic controlled loops with the
ability to troubleshoot an array of problems associated with the equipment
