| Description: |
- Review project specifications, administrative and technical practices, design instructions,
plot plans, flow diagrams, and supplier information.
- Perform manual/computer layouts using specifications, standard drawings, design instructions,
plot plans, flow diagrams, line lists and supplier information
- Generate and revise piping instrument diagrams
- Generate piping isometrics
- Generate plot plans
- Generate foundation drawings
- Communicate and interface with other project design and engineering disciplines
- Complete manual/computer drawings and isometrics
- Check, back check, and correct manual/computer drawings and isometrics
- Check other departments' design drawings and supplier equipment drawings
- Update master flow diagrams
- Report progress to the Drafting Manager
- On assignment to the field, support Construction in drawing and specification interpretations,
design modifications, scheduling, and system checkout and testing
- Perform individual project tasks as required
- Collaborate with project team members and departmental staff
- Follow company policies

| Education: |
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree in Drafting & Design or Technical School Certificate in Drafting &
Design from an accredited institutions
- AutoCAD Certifications may be considered in lieu of degree
|
| Experience: |
- Minimum of 10 years piping and design experience
- Minimum of 10 years experience generating design drawings with AutoCAD software
- Minimum of 2 years experience with CADWorx Plant Design software
- Demonstrated competency to read and understand piping and instrument diagrams
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Ability to adjust work schedule to accommodate unexpected delays and changes
- Ability to travel as needed
