Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Refinery - Coffeyville, KS
Description: Responsible for providing job plans for daily maintenance activities, assisting in the planning
and scheduling of unit shutdowns, and providing planning assistance for emergency shutdowns.
Receive and review work requests, prepare scope and establish the labor, tools, material and
equipment required for work requests. Estimate, plan and requisition manpower, material and
equipment for approved work requests. Prepare/supply drawings, sketches, bid packages,
specifications, procedure, etc. that will aid the Maintenance Superintendent for all planned jobs.
Responsible for maintenance of the records essential to the effective operation of the planning
area of responsibility. Coordinate the scheduling of the planned project with Planning Supervisor,
Operations Department and the Purchasing Department to achieve maximum efficiency and cost
management in a proactive manner.

Position: Petroleum Division Controller

Description: This individual will be responsible for the accounting practices associated with the petroleum
division of the organization. The Petroleum Division Controller will be responsible for
the financial reporting, forecasting of cash needs, development of consolidated business plan, and
SEC Management for the divisions. This role is responsible for the overall maintenance and
oversight of effective internal controls for the petroleum division and the associated compliance
and adherence of controls for SOX 404. The Petroleum Division Controller will
contribute to the development of financial policies, plans and programs, support financial
reporting, provide information to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and work
closely with the operating business unit managers to ensure timely identification and resolution of
financial issues.

Position: Rotating Equipment Engineer
Location: Refinery - Coffeyville, KS
Description:
Reliability
- Provide technical assistance to resolve equipment design, operation and maintenance
problems.
- Evaluate, select and apply reliability practices to achieve best results. Utilize reliability
tools such as failure calculations, failure evaluations, cost analysis and others to evaluate and
prioritize action items.

Assist Operations and Maintenance departments in developing procedures, training,
etc. to ensure equipment is operated in a reliable fashion within design parameters.

Provide budgeting recommendations based on written risk based economic
justifications.
Routine Maintenance
- Review planning, scheduling and effectiveness of predictive maintenance and preventative
maintenance activities with craftsmen and equipment specialists.
- Specify new and replacement equipment and components.
- Provide technical support for turnaround and shutdown activities.

function). Provides electrical/controls knowledge and support for projects led by others. As
specific knowledge of refinery power and distribution systems is developed, also serves as a
knowledge resource for Operations and Maintenance.

Position: Senior Process Engineer

Description: Provide process engineering assistance to optimize daily unit operations and support
operations to achieve their target goals; Aid the Area Superintendent in monitoring the product
specifications; Implement process design, project development and economics/planning in terms of
small project designing to increase the productivity and efficiency of the refinery; Support
optimization of variable operating costs in such areas as catalysts/chemicals and energy
usage; Provide technical assistance for process safety management and environmental compliance;
Support refinery capital project development, as required in providing assistance to Project
Engineering and outside consultants and firms in monitoring efficiency, expansion purposes; Support
turnarounds with pre-turnaround data collection for work list development, equipment inspection,
and repair scope development and execution approval.
